People with an education (and preferably some experience) in health care services offer valuable support to Jemima’s local workers.

By working together in the groups, their knowledge is shared. Enthusiasm and motivation help local workers to stay positive and keep pushing together. Volunteers are required to work in Jemima for at least a year, to make sure relationships can be built with the children and employees. Volunteers offering specialized know-how can also come to Jemima for a shorter period of training.
